Bringing the gym to you

"I hated forcing myself to get to the gym and invariably on a cold winter evening I just wouldn’t bother so my gym subscription ended up being a total waste of money.

As soon as I phoned Dave he came round and chatted through my requirements and came up with a personalised plan which we both attacked with vengeance.

Unlike my usual exercise plans this one actually worked, and after a couple of weeks I was already seeing some great improvements in my cardio fitness as well as toning up.

More importantly, my exercise routine is now a part of my life and not just a flash in the pan.

The investment is so worth while, and along with weight loss, a healthier glow, more energy, less stress and a better sleeping pattern - I am also given the motivation to keep it up…

You can’t just make an excuse for not going to the gym; Dave knocks on the door and before I know it I am warming up and the ‘I can’t be bothered’ hurdle is already jumped!

This has probably been the best investment I have ever made."

I found Dave in the Peninsula Times and gave him a call.  He was a bit unsure whether he'd be able to help me initially, as I am disabled and in a wheelchair.  We agreed to meet & give it a go.

I have to say that he has been a breath of fresh air. Every week he thinks of something new to try & our sessions are getting longer every week.  I would fully recommend him to any able or disabled person looking for a home fitness regime.
